Selection Process

There are four fundamental steps to the standard Glotel selection process:

1. Initial Screening
The first step is sending us your resume. This you may send via our website, post, email or fax. Once we receive and review your resume, the appropriate Glotel Recruiter will contact you by phone. This pre-screening will determine whether you meet the general technical 
prerequisites for all Glotel Contractors. If your pre-screening is in order, your Recruiter will then invite you to our nearest office for a face-to-face meeting. At this time a thorough interview and skills assessment will be conducted.

2. Formal Interview
An in-depth meeting is held between the Candidate, Recruiter and Account Manager. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the extent of your technical ability along with your work history, salary requirements and
availability. We also take this opportunity to learn about your professional aspirations so that we may best place you in your ideal Customer setting. Matching a Candidate's intangible assets to a Customer's culture is consequential when making successful Candidate-Customer matches.

3. Reference Checks 
Upon successful conclusion of our comprehensive technical screening, Glotel Recruiters perform two to three employee reference checks. Reference checks are administered to the Candidate's former reporting Supervisors to evaluate the Candidate's experience. 
Positive references will add additional support when pursuing your employment options.

4. Candidate Presentation
Once the reference checks have been conducted, we will put forward the appropriate Candidate for their best-suited position. We will subsequently coordinate all Candidate-Customer phone interviews and face-to-face meetings. Some Customers may require additional background checks and screenings. You will be advised of such potential requirements before your resume is submitted to any such Customer.
