Placement Process

1. Candidate-Customer Interview
The last stage of the selection process is the Candidate-Customer Interview. 

Interview structures vary per Customer. Your interview may be a repeat of the processes already covered during your formal Glotel screening. Or your Customer interview may be more of a "nice to meet you" concourse, conducted as a welcoming formality prior to hire.

Be your interview formal or casual, this is an opportunity to demonstrate your professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm.

In some cases our Customers rely on our excellent hiring judgment and bypass the Candidate-Customer interview. In these cases, you gain automatic entrance to the Customer's site as a pre-qualified Contractor.

2. Taking the Job 
If you are prepared to accept an assignment upon completion of the interview process, you should be on-call during the next two business days wherein the Customer makes a decision. If the match is a success and you are offered the position, you will return to our office to complete the necessary paperwork.

Then, your job begins! And our job continues...

3. Follow Up
You will be on assignment with a Customer, but you will remain a Glotel employee. Though you will be working at the Customer's site, Glotel's Employee-Employer relations remain meaningful.

To Glotel, your job satisfaction is every bit as important as your job performance. So stay in touch with your Recruiter and Account Manager. As your Glotel peers, they are accessible to any and all of your job-related inquiries and impressions.

Communication builds trust and strengthens relations. Please be honest - If the situation does not seem quite right, inform us right away and we will explore alternative options.
