Ethics Statement
In addition to our Internal Code of Ethics, Glotel abides by the principles of the NACCB (National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses).
The NACCB is a trade association that fosters relations between technical staffing companies. This exclusive association represents firms that specialize in the provision of computer and IT professionals, as well as other technical support/services/solutions.
Glotel adheres to the ethical standards set forth in the NACCB Statement of Business Principles.
These standards include:
- Properly representing the skills and experience of a Consultant.
- Never actively inducing a Consultant to leave a current contract.
- Acting in accordance with the latest computer industry regulations and Equal Opportunity Employment (EEOC) guidelines.
