The Contractor Charter promises that Glotel will:
- Acknowledge CVs within 48 hours of receiving them.
- Provide honest, clear and detailed job descriptions.
- Obtain your permission before submitting your CV to a client.
- Never alter your CV, unless authorised.
- Provide you with a status report on interviews within 24 hours.
- Provide a personal Account Manager who will:
- Contact you within the first week of a new placement.
- Contact you on a monthly basis thereafter.
- Provide prompt payment:
- Within 48 hours for Limited Company contractors, on receipt of invoice.
- Ensure that we start our search for your next contract six weeks before the end of your current contract.
