Glotel's comprehensive Contractor Care Programme ensures that our global standards are maintained. Our Contractor Care Programme is a guarantee from us to everyone who registers with Glotel.

The Contractor Charter promises that Glotel will:

  • Acknowledge CVs within 48 hours of receiving them.
  • Provide honest, clear and detailed job descriptions.
  • Obtain your permission before submitting your CV to a client.
  • Never alter your CV, unless authorised.
  • Provide you with a status report on interviews within 24 hours.
  • Provide a personal Account Manager who will:
    • Contact you within the first week of a new placement.
    • Contact you on a monthly basis thereafter.
  • Provide prompt payment:
    • Within 48 hours for Limited Company contractors, on  receipt of invoice.
    • Ensure that we start our search for your next contract six weeks before the end of your current contract.
